This 2 hour training will help foster parents: · Learn how to start conversations with youth about sex and sexuality · Learn how to identify and use age-appropriate teachable moments to discuss sex and sexuality with youth · Learn how to effectively answer sensitive sexual health questions from youth
Due to the success of our partnership with SHIFT NC, Sexual Health Initiatives for Teens in North Carolina, last year, we are teaming up again to offer another series of Capacity Building Trainings centering around communication with and our understanding of teens.
